Swimming is not supervised and is the sole responsibility of the tenant and the owner accepts no responsibility in this respect. The greatest vigilance is recommended to parents.
Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the swimming pool unless accompanied by their parents.

In the same way, parents or guardians are not allowed to let their young children or children who do not know how to swim go near the pool.
It is reserved for residents only. Visitors are not allowed to use the pool, except by special agreement. The use of inflatable boats or any other floating objects is forbidden.
